RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Certain items such as consecrated idols, undergarments, personalized products, and custom orders may not be eligible for returns.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed after product inspection and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

Orders canceled before shipment may qualify for a refund, subject to deduction of applicable processing fees.
