RETURN & REFUND

Devpran.com, operated by Pranpartistha Legacy Pvt Ltd, offers refunds for eligible orders of consecrated idols and Sanatan Dharma products under specific conditions. This policy complies with India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and ensures transparency for damaged or incorrect items. No refunds are provided on personalized or spiritually activated products after dispatch.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
- Refunds apply only to qualifying cases within strict timelines.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Replacement or refund will be issued after verification.
- Wrong Product: Full refund if the product delivered does not match the order, subject to inspection.
- Cancellations: Allowed only before shipment (within 24 hours of order placement). A 10% processing fee may be deducted.
- Non-Refundable Items: Consecrated idols, custom items, consumables (such as incense or prasad), and used or tampered products.
REFUND PROCESS
- Email support@devpran.com with your Order ID, issue description, and photo/video proof.
- Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, a pickup may be arranged. Return shipping charges may apply.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Cash-on-delivery orders may receive refunds in the form of store credit.
- Partial refunds may exclude shipping or processing charges.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Certain cases are not eligible for refunds or returns:
