SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Devpran.com, operated by Pranpartistha Legacy Pvt Ltd, ships consecrated idols and Sanatan Dharma products across India using trusted courier partners. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing timelines, delivery practices, and shipping conditions to ensure smooth fulfillment of your purchases.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods such as festivals or special events, processing time may extend up to 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship across India with certain conditions:

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Fragile idols are packed with additional protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Customers requesting special packaging or customization should notify us in advance.
• Deliveries to certain remote regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and the Andaman Islands may incur additional logistics surcharges.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available for high-value items, and such orders must be prepaid.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, we do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to expand to selected countries in the future. For international shipments when available, any applicable import duties, customs charges, or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Once your order is dispatched, you can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email on the courier’s website.

We recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours by contacting us with photos and order details so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.

If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

CUSTOMS, DAMAGES, AND FORCE MAJEURE

For future international orders, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory charges imposed by the destination country.

We insure shipments to help protect against transit damage. If any damage occurs, please contact us promptly so we can initiate the necessary claim or replacement process.

Delivery delays caused by events beyond our control—such as extreme weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, or pandemics—are considered force majeure events and may affect delivery timelines.
